The practice
CloudKernel Path Advisory is a small desk in Kuching. We financially audit the papers a merchant or facilitator is about to send a payment gateway. We do not place you with a platform, and we do not take a share of your processing.
East Malaysian merchants often assemble an application with a mix of local bank statements, marketplace payouts from outside the state, and ownership papers that run through family holdings. The gateway’s form is written as if those pieces already agree. They frequently do not.
Wei Shan opened the practice after years of statutory audit in which the same mismatches appeared in files that were otherwise well run. The difference here is the audience: a payment gateway’s underwriting desk, which will not telephone you to guess what a missing month means.
We work in English. Papers may be in Malay or Chinese; we will say when a translation is needed for the pack, rather than paraphrasing figures from memory.
Principal, application file review
Wei Shan reads merchant and facilitator packs before they go to a gateway. She trained in statutory audit and now spends her weeks on statements, payout files, and the sentences that have to sit between them.
Settlement and dispute reading
Aisyah rebuilds processor-to-bank bridges and separates chargebacks from refunds. She previously worked through payout operations at a Kuching merchant that sold across three channels.
Documentation and follow-up notes
Adrian keeps the exhibit order readable and drafts the short answers gateways ask twice. He sits with clients on Jalan Chan Chin Ann when a pack needs to be walked through in person.
