Application file review

A line-by-line financial reading of the pack a merchant or facilitator intends to send to a payment gateway, before the gateway’s underwriting desk opens it.

Payment gateway platforms underwrite from paper. They read bank statements, processing histories, beneficial-ownership charts, projected volumes, and existing acquirer letters. When those pages disagree with each other, the file stalls. This engagement is a financial audit of that application pack, carried out in Kuching before you send it.

We do not sell gateway accounts, and we do not sit inside the platform’s credit committee. We read what you plan to submit, reconstruct the money story it tells, and mark where a reviewer in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, or further afield is likely to stop.

The work starts with an inventory call. You list what you have: twelve months of current-account statements, processor payout reports, chargeback logs, SSM documents, and any prior decline letters. We tell you what is enough to begin, and what would only waste a cycle. Once the pack is complete, we read it as a single file, not as a stack of unrelated PDFs.

The deliverable is a findings memo. It names inconsistencies, unexplained spikes, missing months, and figures that cannot be tied to a bank credit. It is written so your finance lead can fix the file. It is not a guarantee of approval, and it is not a letter we will send to the gateway on your behalf unless you later book a follow-up.

Typical duration: 8–12 working days after a complete file arrives. Quoted after a 30-minute inventory call.

What this engagement includes

  • Inventory of statements, processing history, ownership papers, and bank letters actually present
  • Mapping of revenue, payout, and refund figures across months so gaps are visible
