Pre-submission readiness memo
A final pass on a pack that is already assembled: what to send, what to hold back, and which questions the form will raise that the papers do not yet answer.
Some applicants already have a folder. They need a second pair of eyes before the upload, not a full reconstruction. The readiness memo is that pass.
We read the pack in the order a reviewer is likely to open it. We mark exhibits that contradict the form, months that are missing without a sentence of explanation, and projections that cannot be tied to anything in the statements. We also mark papers that should stay out of the first submission because they raise questions the rest of the file cannot answer yet.
The recommendation is binary on purpose: send, or wait. If we say wait, we list the smallest set of fixes that would change that answer. If we say send, we still list residual risks so you are not surprised by a follow-up from the gateway.
This is not a mock underwriting decision and not a letter of support. It is a reading of your own papers, dated, and written for the person who will click submit.
